RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/29/2005, 5000 BLK N. 16th Street, On June 29 between the hours of 0915 and 1930, unknown subject(s) entered the residence and took a Smith & Wesson 9MM Gun and Cash from residence. The basement door was busted.

ARSON 6/28/2005, 2000 blk N. Wilson Blvd., On June 28 at approximately 12:00 p.m., a witness reported seeing a man light a newspaper on fire on a public sidewalk. When officers responded, the man refused to identify himself and resisted arrest. Tracy Edward Reeves, 45yo, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with arson, resisting arrest and failure to ID, and was held on no bond.

ROBBERY 6/27/2005, 2400 BLK Jefferson Davis Highway, On June 27 at approximately 1730 hours an unknown male entered a local pharmacy and was seen placing numerous Oil of Olay moisturizers into a store basket. When the store clerk approached him and asked for the basket, the subject struck the employee with the basket and ran out of the store with the moisturizers. The suspect was described as a B/M in his late 30's, 5'10, 200 lbs, brown eyes and black hair, dark complexion and last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue/black shorts.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/27/2005, 900 BLK N. Garfield Street, On June 27 between 1300 and 1710 hours an unknown subject(s) forced entry into the residence by prying open the rear door. The victim discovered that several drawers had been rummaged through. Miscellaneous jewelry was reported taken.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING 6/26/2005, 3100 BLK S. Glebe Road, On June 25, 2005 at about 2330 hours, the victim and 3 friends were walking along the bike trial when an unknown male approached them from behind on a bike. The suspect got off the bike and began to yell at the group of friends while holding a knife. The victim and his 3 friends ran, however, the victim fell to the ground after losing his pants. The suspect jumped on him and managed to cut the victim on his left palm and shin area. The suspect was described as an H/M 5'7 125 lbs wearing a blue collared shirt and black pants.

ROBBERY 6/26/2005, 1800 BLK N.Fort Myer Drive, On June 26, 2005 at about 1219 hours, a lone male suspect walked into the local gas station, and inquired about buying a slim "black and mild" cigar. As the cashier received the money from the suspect, the suspect said "don't move" and went behind the counter and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the cash register. The suspect then ran out the store. The suspect is described as a B/M 30-40 YOA 5'10- 6'2 200-220 lbs, medium complexion last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black knee length shorts.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING 6/25/2005, 600 BLK S.Walter Reed Drive, On June 25, 2005 at about 1809 hours, the victim and suspect were moving a couch when an altercation took place. The male victim was stabbed in the hand by the male suspect. The suspect was located and arrested. Suspect was identified as Thomas Bishop 43 YOA of Arlington,VA. Mr. Bishop was charged with malicious wounding and held without bond.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING 6/25/2005, 1100 BLK S. Hayes Street, On June 25, 2005 at approximately 1750 hours a group of teens got into a verbal argument at the mall. A male victim was stabbed in the back and taken to a local hospital. The suspects were able to flee the area on foot. The suspect #1 was described as B/M 18 YOA 5'10 200 lbs, wearing blue dress pants white t-shirt and 2 earrings. Suspect #2 was described as a B/M 18 YOA, 5'7 140 lbs, last seen wearing a white polo shirt and khaki pants.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 6/25/2005, 3900 BLK N. Lee Hwy., Between June 24 at 2330 hours and June 25, 2005 at 0915 hours, an unknown subject(s) broke the into the walk in freezer at a local café. Various beverages were taken.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING 6/25/2005, 300 BLK N. Glebe Road, On June 24, 2005 at approximately 2350 hours, a lone male victim was hit in the head with a beer bottle causing a laceration. The victim was able to identify the suspects and they were charged with malicious wounding. They were held without bond. Suspect #1 was identified as Alex Vicente-Lopez 24 YOA of Arlington,VA. Suspect #2 was identified as Melvin Sanchez-Deleon, 22 YOA,and no fixed address.

ROBBERY 6/24/2005, 5500 BLK Columbia Pike, On June 24, 2005 at about 1718 hours a lone female victim was robbed of her purse by a lone male suspect. The suspect was identified as a W/H/M in his 20's. 6'0 180 lbs, last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

ROBBERY 6/24/2005, 900 BLK N. George Mason Drive, On June 20th, 2005 at approximately 1800 hours, a lone female victim was knocked to the ground by an unknown male. The suspect was able to get the victim's purse which contained an undisclosed amount of cash and medication. The victim was only able to say that the suspect was a W/M, 5'11 175 lbs last seen wearing blue jeans, long sleeve flannel shirt(green) and brown boots.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/24/2005, 1300 BLK S. Rolfe Street, Between June 1, 2005 at about 1200 hours and June 24, 2005 at about 1730 hours, an unknown subject(s) broke into the victim's house. Nothing was reported taken.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 6/23/2005, 4500 BLK N. Lee Hwy., On June 23, 2005 at approximately 0440 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered a local food mart and took an undisclosed amount of cash and a drop safe. A glass door was found smashed and believed to be the point of entry.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 6/21/2005, 4000 BLK N. 17TH Street, Between 6/20/05 at 2030 hours and 6/21/05 at 0650 hours, and unknown subject(s) entered the construction site (home) and took various work tools from an unlocked gang-box.

ROBBERY 6/20/2005, 1400 BLK S. 28th Street, On 6/20/05 at approximately 2243 hours, the victim was robbed by 2 suspects. The male suspect grabbed the victim from behind while the female suspect went through the victim's pockets. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken. Suspect #1 is described as a B/M and suspect # is described as a B/F.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING 6/19/2005, 900 BLK S. George Mason Drive, On June 19, 2005 between 0100 hrs and 0200 hrs, multiple subjects approached the victims with a machete. One victim, an 18yo male, was cut twice and was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING 6/19/2005, 300 BLK N. George Mason Drive, On June 19, 2005 at 0221 hrs, subjects attacked two victims with a knife. The victims were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. One suspect, 19yo Cesar David Lopez-Juarez of Arlington, was arrested for malicious wounding.

EXPOSURE 6/18/2005, 5400 BLK N. Carlin Springs Road, On June 18, 2005 at 1230 hrs, a subject exposed himself in public.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/16/2005, 4500 BLK N. 40th Street, Between 2100 hrs and 2120 hrs on June 16, 2005, unknown subject(s) entered the residence and took attempted to take a VCR. There were no signs of forced entry.

ATTEMPTED RAPE 6/15/2005, 4900 BLK S. Columbia Pike, On June 15, 2005 at 2125 hrs, a 36yo male pushed a 50yo female off the side of a bridge and sexually assaulted her. The woman was transported to the hospital. The suspect, 36yo Rolando Carlos Godoy of Arlington was arrested for malicious wounding and attempted rape.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/15/2005, 2700 BLK N. Pershing Drive, Between 2000 hrs on June 14, 2005 and 0200 hrs on June 15, 2005, unknown subject(s) entered the residence and took electronics and other miscellaneous items. There were no signs of forced entry.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/14/2005, 1000 BLK N. Arlington Blvd., Between May 10, 2005 and May 25, 2005, unknown subject(s) entered the residence and took jewelry.

ROBBERY 6/13/2005, 2300 BLK North 11th Street, On June 13, 2005 at 0145 hrs, a subject approached a delivery driver and was carrying a metal pipe. When the suspect raised the pipe, the victim surrendered his food and an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect raised the pipe again, and the victim ran, stating that the police were around the corner. The suspect and a second person ran from the parking lot. Due to the dark area, the victim could not identify the suspect.

HOMICIDE 6/13/2005, 2900 BLK S. Columbia Pike, Between 1921 hrs and 1923 hrs on June 13, 2005, an unknown subject shot and killed a 39yo male. The suspect is described as a heavyset H/M with long curly hair. He was last seen leaving the area on foot.

BURGLARY 6/11/2005, 400 BLK North Chain Bridge Road, On June 11, 2005 between 1915 hrs and 2215 hrs, subject(s) entered the residence and took miscellaneous items. The point of entry appeared to be a sliding glass door in the kitchen. The resident observed one suspect fleeing from his house but was unable to provide any identifying information. Some items were recovered in the resident's back yard.

EXPOSURE 6/10/2005, 1000 block of North Utah Street, On June 10, 2005 at 2330 hrs, a subject exposed himself to a 28yo female. The suspect is described as a H/M, mid-20's, 5'6", 170lbs, medium complexion. He was wearing an orange polo shirt and khaki shorts.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/9/2005, 3800 BLK S. Columbia Pike, On June 9, 2005 between 1230 hrs and 1600 hrs, unknown subject(s) entered the residence and took miscellaneous items and an undisclosed amount of cash. The point of entry was made by forcing a window open.

ASSAULT BY MOB 6/8/2005, 6000 BLK N. Wilson Blvd., On June 8, 2005 between 1820 hrs and 1830 hrs, two males were assaulted by a group of individuals at the Upton Hills Community Pool. The incident may have been gang-related.

ASSAULT AND BATTERY 6/8/2005, 3900 BLK N. Cathedral Lane, On June 8, 2005 between 1625 hrs and 1635 hrs, a subject with a knife approached a female victim and grabbed her head. The victim broke free, uninjured, and the suspect walked away. The suspect, 51 yo David Wayne Underwood of Arlington, was arrested for assault and battery.

ROBBERY 6/8/2005, 300 BLK N. Thomas Street, On June 8, 2005 at 2135 hrs, two subjects knocked the victim to the ground and took miscellaneous items. Both suspects are described to be B/M, in their early 20s, about 6' - 6'2", thin build, with black hair. Suspect #1 was wearing a black shirt and blue shorts. Suspect #2 was wearing a black shirt and an unknown color shorts.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/7/2005, 1500 BLK S. 22nd Street, On June 7, 2005 between 0130 hrs and 05555 hrs, a subject entered the residence and threatened the occupants with a hand saw. The point of entry was made by breaking a window. The suspect, 26 yo David West of the 1100 BLK of Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC, was arrested for burglary, abduction, and attempted malicious wounding.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/6/2005, 600 BLK N. Ivy Street, On June 6, 2005 between 1330 hrs and 1930 hrs, an unknown subject entered the residence and took miscellaneous electronics. There was no sign of forced entry.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/6/2005, 4600 BLK S. Four Mile Run Drive, On June 6, 2005, a resident reported miscellaneous items taken from an apartment over the past several months.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING 6/6/2005, 4300 BLK N. 4th Street, Between 0055 hrs and 0110 hrs on June 6, 2005, a 34yo man was stabbed multiple times in the facial area. The victim was transported to the hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries. There is a malicious wounding arrest warrant for the the suspect, 32yo Francisco "Chepe" Fuentes of Arlington.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/5/2005, 1600 BLK N. Arlington Blvd., On June 5, 2005 between the hours of 0300 hrs and 0900 hrs, miscellaneous items and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken from an apartment.

ARSON 6/4/2005, 6200 BLK Washington Blvd., At 1425 hrs on June 4, 2005, an unknown subject set fire to the basement of a church. There were no injuries.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/3/2005, 4300 BLK N. 11th Street, On June 3, 2005 between the hours of 1230 hrs and 1815 hrs, a bicycle was taken from a house. There are no suspects and no sign of forced entry.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 6/1/2005, 2700 BLK S. Cleveland Street, On June 1 between the hours of 1035 and 1409, an unknown subject entered the residence and took various tools. The point of entry appears to be the rear kitchen door.

ARMED ROBBERY 5/30/2005, 1500 BLK S. Eads Street, On May 30, 2005 at approximately 1900 hrs, a lone victim was robbed at gun point by 3 males who demanded his wallet. The suspects fled on foot but 2 of the 3 suspects were apprehended a short time later. Arrestee # 1 was ID as Kevin E. Black B/M 19 YOA of Washington DC. Confirmation on the second suspect was not verified. Both suspects were charged with armed robbery.

COMMERCIAL BURGALRY 5/30/2005, 1400 BLK N. Taft Street, Between 1650 hrs on May 29 and 0200 hrs on May 30, 2005, an unknown subject(s) made entry into the property accountant's office at a local apartment complex. No signs of forced entry found. The suspect made of with and undisclosed amount of cash.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 5/29/2005, 1500 BLK N. Glebe Rd., Between of 1030 hrs on May 28 and 1800 hrs on May 29, 2005, an unknown subject(s) broke into a local church. Doors to the counselor's area were found broken. Taken was an undisclosed amount of cash and a digital video recorder.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 5/25/2005, 1425 S. Eads Street, On May 25, 2005 at about 1900 hours, the victim left her unlocked apartment. A short time later the victim's room mate encountered an unknown suspect standing in the apartment. The suspect left when confronted. Later it was discovered that an empty purse was missing. Suspect is described as a W/M in his 20's, 5'7 dark hair, wearing faded blue jeans, beige v-neck long sleeve shirt, unshaven.

ARMED ROBBERY 5/24/2005, 1830 Columbia Pike, On May 24, 2005 at approximately 0049 hours, the victim, after parking his car, in the rear parking lot of an condo complex, was robbed at gun point of an undisclosed amount of cash. Suspect is described as an H/M 5'7, 150 lbs wearing a wht t-shirt.

ROBBERY 5/24/2005, 3700 BLK S. 5th Street, On May 23, 2005 at approximately 2310 hours, a father and son got into a domestic argument. The son pushed the father to the ground and took an undisclosed amount of cash. Arrested and charged with robbery was Paul G. O'Connor of Arlington, VA. Mr. O'Connor was held without bond.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 5/23/2005, 1000 BLK N. Larrimore Street, Between May 15, and May 23, 2005 at 1822 hours, an unknown subject(s) entered the unlock shed at the rear of the residence and stole 2 mountain bikes.

ROBBERY 5/21/2005, 4000 BLK S. Four Mile Run Drive, On May 21, 2005 at approximately 0051 hours, a male entered a local gas station and took an alcoholic beverage from the refrigerator, which had been locked. As the clerk encountered the suspect, the suspect implied he had a knife. Suspect left and about an hour later, returned to the station and was arrested. Arrested and charged with robbery, was Waldo G. Rocha. 21 yoa with no fixed address.

Robbery 5/21/2005, 3200 BLK S. Columbia Pike, On May 21, 2005 at approximately 0150 hours, the victims were driving west bound on Columbia Pike. A vehicle in front of them stopped and the occupants exited the vehicle. 2 male suspects approached the victim's vehicle and robbed them of clothing items. Suspect #1 is described as an H/M wearing a wht t-shirt and blue jeans. Suspect # 2 is described as H/M wearing a wht t-shirt.

ROBBERY 5/20/2005, 800 BLK S. Greenbrier Street, On May 20, 2005 at approximately 2336 hrs, a male victim was robbed of his wallet and an undisclosed amount of cash after purchasing cigarettes for the suspect at a local store. The suspect is described as a B/M 17-20 YOA, 5'10 180 lbs, blk hair and medium complexion.

ARMED ROBBERY 5/16/2005, 2000 BLK S. Jefferson Davis Hwy., After parking their car, in a hotel garage, a man and a woman were approached by a male wearing a ski mask. The suspect demanded their money while displaying a knife and a can of pepper spray. The victim's complied. Prior to leaving, the suspect sprayed one of the victim's with pepper spray. The suspect fled on foot. The suspect is described as a B/M 6'3 190 lbs, last seen wearing a ski mask, black jeans, and a black jacket.

ROBBERY 5/15/2005, 3000 BLK Columbia Pike, 2 males entered a convenience store and pushed the clerk out of the way and went behind the counter and took several packs of Newport Cigarettes and several Marlboro Light cigarettes. Suspects left in possible a red sports car. Suspect #1 is described as a B/M 6'2 170 lbs, brn eyes and hair, dark complexion. Last seen wearing sunglasses and a hat. Suspect #2 is described as a B/M 5'11 160 lbs, brn eyes and hair. Light complexion.

ROBBERY 5/8/2005, 3500 BLK N Wilson Blvd., On May 8, 2005 at about 0049rs, 2 male suspects entered a retail business and forced the clerk into the office. The suspects then took cigarettes and other merchandise. Suspect #1 is described as a B/M, approx. 40 yoa, 5'10, last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants, beanie cap and sunglasses. Second suspect is described as a B/M, approx. 50 yoa, 5'9, last seen wearing a blue hooded sweat shirt, black pants and glasses.

ROBBERY 5/7/2005, 2100 BLK N. Taylor St., On May 7, 2005 at about 0256 hrs, a male victim was walking to his vehicle when he was approached and robbed by 4 suspects who implied they had a weapon. The suspects escaped with the victim's property. Suspects described only as male, wearing dark, baggy, long sleeved clothing.

ROBBERY 5/7/2005, 6100 BLK N. Wilson Blvd., On May 7, 2005 at about 0126 hrs, a man was approached by a male suspect who engaged him in conversation. An altercation ensued, and a second male suspect joined in before the victim was able to flee. Officers responded and arrested Christian Calderon, 22, of Alexandria, and charged him with assault and batter, robbery and street gang participation. He is being held without bond. Also arrested was Carlos Villatoro, 23, of Arlington, charged with disorderly conduct. Bond set at $2000.

ROBBERY 4/11/2005, 4600 BLK Columbia Pike, On 4-11-05 at approximately 0219 hrs, 2 men were robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash by 4 unknown suspects as they were walking. One of the victims was struck in the head during the robbery. All 4 suspects were described as W/Ms, Latino, in their 20s between 5'5 - 5'10, 150-170 lbs. Suspect 1 was last seen wearing a wht t-shirt, jeans and a blk baseball cap. Suspect 2 was wearing a black t-shirt, jeans and blk baseball cap. Suspect 3 was wearing a blk t-shirt, jeans and blk baseball cap and suspect 4 was wearing a blk t-shirt and jeans.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 4/10/2005, 1000 BLK N. Randolph St., Between 4-6-05 at 1800 hrs and 4-10-05 at 2303 the victim noticed that jewelry was missing from her jewelry box. No signs of forced entry found.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING 4/10/2005, 2500 BLK N. Columbus St., On 04/10/05 At 0201 hours two men were walking to a vehicle, when they were approached by two unknown men and attacked. One victim was knocked unconscious. Both suspects are described as W/Ms between 20-30yo. One suspect is between 5'11 - 6'1 200 lbs last seen wearing a gray shirt and blk pants. The second suspect is 5'9- 5'11 170-180 lbs blonde hair last seen wearing a wht shirt and blue jeans.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY 4/5/2005, 1100 blk S. Hayes St., Sometime between 2200-2300hrs on 04/04/05, unknown subject(s) broke into three kiosks in a shopping mall and stole a number of cellular phones. Suspects are described as two B/Ms, late teens/early 20s; 5'7"-5'10", slim build, wearing black jackets.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY 4/4/2005, 1700 blk S. Taylor St., Sometime between 1500-1730hrs on 04/04/05, unknown subject(s) entered a residence, rifled through the residents' belongings and took photographs with the victim's digital camera. There were no signs of forced entry.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING 4/3/2005, 1600 BLK S. Walter Reed Dr., On 04/03/05 at approximately 0300 hrs, a fight broke out on the front patio of a restaurant. One individual was struck in the forehead leaving a large cut. Four men were arrested: Henri J. Romero, 20yo, of Falls Church, VA, was charged with malicious wounding, possession of fraudulent identifying documents, and using fraudulent identification to avoid arrest or impede a criminal investigation. Hector Argueta, 24yo, of Falls Church, VA, Sergio Perez, 27yo, of Alexandria, VA, and Santos Romero, 24yo of Alexandria, VA, were all charged with disorderly conduct.

EXPOSURE 4/1/2005, 400 BLK N. Park Dr., On 04/01/05 at approximately 2041 hrs, a woman was doing laundry in the basement of her building when an unknown male came up behind her with no pants or shoes on. Suspect is described as a H/M late 20's to early 30's, 5'6 or 5'7, 160 lbs, short black hair and olive complexion, last seen wearing a tan, waist-length jacket and gray sweater.

ARMED ROBBERY 4/1/2005, 2000 BLK S. Crystal Dr., On 04/01/05 at approximately 1000 hrs, 2 men entered a bank armed with a handgun and took an undisclosed amount of cash. After fleeing the bank, the suspects were located on I-395 and arrested. Arrestee # 1 was ID as Eric T. Gray, 20 YOA of Washington, DC. Arrestee # 2 was ID as Ronald D. Banks, 60 YOA of Washington, DC. Both suspects were charged with armed robbery, possession of a firearm and conspiracy to commit a felony and were held on no bond.
