ARLINGTON, Va. – September 30, 2002 – The subject in the sketch to the left is wanted in connection with an armed robbery that occurred in the 2400 block of Columbia Pike on September 16th. At approximately 10:18 p.m., the female victim was loading groceries into her vehicle when a male subject grabbed her from behind, displayed a large box cutter type knife, and demanded her money. The victim complied with the subject, and the subject left the area on foot. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 30-40 years-old, 6 feet tall, muscular build, close-cropped beard, wearing a black skull cap, black t-shirt and blue jeans. |
Arlington County Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of this suspect. Callers to Crime Solvers remain anonymous and do not need to testify in court.
