WANTED FOR BANK ROBBERY ARLINGTON,
Va.June 30, 2003The
Arlington County Police Department is currently investigating a bank robbery
that occurred at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27 at the First Union
Bank located at 1300 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington.
A lone male suspect, pictured at right, approached the teller and
produced a demand note advising of the robbery.
The teller gave the suspect an undetermined amount of cash, and the
suspect then exited the bank.The suspect is described as a
white male, 40-50, slim build, approximately 510-60, gray hair, wearing a
dark baseball cap with a red logo, dark sunglasses, blue jeans and a light
colored shirt. Anyone with information about
this robbery is asked to call Arlington County Crime Solvers at 800-673-2777,

FBI Washington Field Office at 202-278-2360. Crime Solvers is offering a reward
of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of this suspect. Callers to Crime Solvers remain anonymous and
do not need to testify in court.
